At Sampson & Associates, we strive to establish a successful working relationship between the prospective purchaser and the franchisor. In order to do this, we offer our office services as a base for Canadian operations. Sampson & Associates will only be paid the pre-established amount for the successful conclusion of each transaction. Each transaction is deemed concluded upon franchise signatures and the franchisor being in receipt of the full franchise fee.
